Launch is not the end of the project

A website, an agent or an application changes as soon as real users arrive. Support exists to keep the thread.

After go-live, the questions become concrete: a form that does not arrive, an integration that breaks, a page that no longer explains the offer. Without follow-up, the project stops just as it starts to be useful.

INOO treats support as continuity: fixes, small evolutions and automation adjustments. Not as a decorative contract.

You can start without locking everything down. What matters is knowing who watches errors, who decides a change, and how a request becomes an improvement again.
